Price includes: 
✔️ Hong Kong to UK: Shipping cost from Pick-Up (Ground Floor) to UK door (Ground Floor)
✔️ Basic Insurance at Max. £30.00 /package, more info is >>> HERE

Transit Time (Door-to-Door): 8~12 weeks (unless delayed during custom clearance process)

Warehouse Cut-Off Time from HK to UK: 10th of each month

Pick-Up / Drop-Off Time
Hong Kong - Every day, the driver will contact you to schedule a time.

Insurance
We can only cover the safety of the whole box not the content.
With extra insurance (£5.00 /item)  - to cover Max. £200.00 / box 
Without extra insurance - to cover Max. £30.00 / box

* The goods value is base on what you declared on the packing list.

Documents Required for importing Personal Belongings
Hong Kong:
1. Copy of importer passport
2. Packing List & Invoice (a template will be provided)
3. TOR approval letter, if not available, we can apply for you free of charge but pls provide below documents:
- 2 x HK proof of address (e.g. utility bill / phone bill / bank letters...etc)
- a copy of recent flight to the UK
- a copy of importer's UK visa
- a copy of UK proof of address (e.g. tenancy contract, school letter...etc)

👌 Don't worry if you don't have above documents, we can still ship for you. The only difference is the import charges (if there is one) we will notify you after it is custom cleared.

Change of mind
No problem, there is no administration fee, just notify us by 12PM a working day before the pick-up day.
Before 12pm a working day before the pick-up day - full refund
After 12pm a working day before the pick-up day -no refund

In the unfortunately event, there may be delays due to an Event Outside Our Control. We will notify you as soon as possible.

An Event Outside Our Control - e.g. strikes, traffic jam, vehicle break-down, lock-outs or other industrial action by third parties, civil commotion, riot, invasion, terrorist attack or threat of terrorist attack, war (whether declared or not) or threat or preparation for war, fire, explosion, storm, flood, earthquake, subsidence, epidemic or other natural disaster, or failure of public or private telecommunications networks. 

Other Charges
False Information provided - £15.00 (if you provide the wrong information e.g. address, mobile...etc)
Extra Collection - £15.00 /trip (if it's caused by the customer, e.g. not ready, package not fully sealed, not placed at the required location...etc)
No label or reference number on the package - £15.00 /box
