Pick-Up Time
We offer:
Standard (SD) - 9am~5pm
Morning (AM) - 9am~1pm (extra £10.00 /trip)
Afternoon (PM) - 12pm~5pm (extra £10.00 /trip)
Timed (TM) - 1 hour window of your choice (extra £40.00 /trip)

⚠️Driver doesn't usually make a call. Please place a A4 size note on the main entrance so the driver knows you are expecting him/her, and how to reach you if there is a problem.
We can only cover the safety of the whole box not the content.

Documents Required for Personal Belongings1. Copy of importer's passport
2. Packing List & Invoice (a template will be provided)
In order to claim taxes exemption, the importer must meet below 4 criteria:
1) Importer must arrive Taiwan BEFORE the goods arrive.
2) When the importer arrive in Taiwan airport, s/he must complete the "Excess baggage Declaration Form" in the "Red Channel (something to declare)" to after picking up your check-in baggage from the conveyer belt.
3) No more than 4 items from the same product.
4) A copy of flight ticket to the destination country.
5) Goods value must be under NTD20,000 and no prohibited items.
If the goods value is over NTD20,000 but below USD20,000, Taiwan VAT 5% will apply.
If the goods value is over USD20,000, the whole shipment cannot import as personal belongings.
👌 Don't worry if you don't have above documents, we can still ship for you. The only difference is the import charges (if there is one) we will notify you after it is custom cleared.
Change of mind
No problem, there is no administration fee, just notify us by 12PM a working day before the pick-up day.

In the unfortunately event, there may be delays due to an Event Outside Our Control. We will notify you as soon as possible.
An Event Outside Our Control - e.g. strikes, traffic jam, vehicle break-down, lock-outs or other industrial action by third parties, civil commotion, riot, invasion, terrorist attack or threat of terrorist attack, war (whether declared or not) or threat or preparation for war, fire, explosion, storm, flood, earthquake, subsidence, epidemic or other natural disaster, or failure of public or private telecommunications networks.
Other Charges
False Information provided - £15.00 (if you provide the wrong information e.g. address, mobile...etc)
Extra Collection - £15.00 /trip (if it's caused by the customer, e.g. not ready, package not fully sealed, not placed at the required location...etc)
No label or reference number on the package - £15.00 /box
