Pick-Up Time
We offer:
Standard (SD) - 9am~5pm
Morning (AM) - 9am~1pm (extra £10.00 /trip)
Afternoon (PM) - 12pm~5pm (extra £10.00 /trip)
Timed (TM) - 1 hour window of your choice (extra £40.00 /trip)

⚠️Driver doesn't usually make a call. Please place a A4 size note on the main entrance so the driver knows you are expecting him/her, and how to reach you if there is a problem.

Insurance
We can only cover the safety of the whole box not the content.
With extra insurance (£5.00 /item)  - to cover Max. £200.00 / box 
Without extra insurance - to cover Max. £30.00 / box

Change of mind
No problem, there is no administration fee, just notify us by 12PM a working day before the pick-up day.
To change the booking:
Before 12pm a working day before the pick-up day - full refund
After 12pm a working day before the pick-up day -no refund

In the unfortunately event, there may be delays due to an Event Outside Our Control. We will notify you as soon as possible.
An Event Outside Our Control - e.g. strikes, traffic jam, vehicle break-down, lock-outs or other industrial action by third parties, civil commotion, riot, invasion, terrorist attack or threat of terrorist attack, war (whether declared or not) or threat or preparation for war, fire, explosion, storm, flood, earthquake, subsidence, epidemic or other natural disaster, or failure of public or private telecommunications networks.

Other Charges
False Information provided - £15.00 (if you provide the wrong information e.g. address, mobile...etc)
Extra Collection - £15.00 /trip (if it's caused by the customer, e.g. not ready, package not fully sealed, not placed at the required location...etc)
No label or reference number on the package - £15.00 /box
